| Notas / Notes: | In 1939, a number of existing 'Panzer I, Ausf B' tanks was issued for reworking by Alkett, who removed the turret and portions of the original superstructure roof. They then took the Czech designed 'Skoda 47mm Kanon model A5' and after removing the wheels and limber, fitted it to the vehicle. Although a new curved shield was added to the gun, no further modifications appear to have been made. To protect the crew, a high 5-sided superstructure was added, with the rear plates sloping down towards the engine deck. |
